A great way to make (chicken, duck, or flank steak) spaghetti!

So if you want to make duck, beef or chicken spaghetti in a way that you will leave people LOVING IT AND WANTING MORE...here is the trick!

I had some leftover duck frozen recently so I decided to make a duck spaghetti. I knew that my mom and sister wouldn't eat it if I told them so I basically tricked them and it worked!

You can apply this same recipe with beef flank steak or chicken just grind up well and fine!

RECIPE:

  • Take 4 filets and cover them with olive oil, pepper, garlic powder and Worchestercire. Turn the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Pop in the oven for 10 minutes on each side. (chicken may take a little longer)
  • Take it out and let it cool completely
  • Once they are cool chop into small pieces
  • Place in a food processor and grind up well and fine

Spaghetti Sauce:

In a crock pot stir in...
  • A large can of stewed tomatoes (or you can use fresh tomatoes and cook them down)
  • 1 jar of Ragu
  • Sautee these veggies together in a skillet until soft and then add: 1/2 cup of onions, 1/2 cup celery, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and 1/2 cup of bell pepper.
  • Duck, chicken or flank steak
  • 3/4 cup of water or broth
  • Optional but I like to add some seasonings and also fresh basil!

You will simmer this on low for 6-8 hours to make sure the flavor simmers well together! Serve over spaghetti squash or pasta!
